Just Another Day

Okay, this is becoming boring so I thought I would think of things that have been positive while on this protocal besides losing the weight and inches.

1. I have a few new favorites: flavored stevia, dillweed, Frank's hot sauce and Ground Chicken Breast.
2. I have certainly become a creative cook. Since the ingredients are limited, I have learned what a few new spices tastes like such as dillweed. It makes a cabbage taste like a slaw when mixed with ACV, salt,pepper and a little xylitol.
3. It doesn't take long to fix lunch or dinner as the amounts of food are small and only one serving. Hal is enjoying my cooking as I am creating meals for him but using EVOO/butter and allowing him the carbs.
4. LOVE my caphilon panni/grill. Great for the hamburger and chicken patties.
5. Amazed at the energy I have on such few calories.
