R2P2 Day 1

I certainly was not happy with the added weight from loading over the weekend. Back up to 165 after being down last Thursday at 159. Oh well, I feel that it is mostly water weight as my clothes still fit nicely and I'm sure after drinking 8-9 venti cups of water today will take care of it by Wednesday.

I can't say that I am mentally prepared for being back on P2, but I just need to remind myself that it is for a short (LOL) 21 days!! And I will be so happy with the results 21 days from now -- totally expecting to be down a couple of sizes and hopefully will not have to do another round.

Lunch-
100 grams lean ground beef
1 tomato
5 strawberries with chocolate stevia
1 grisinni

Missing food, but not really hungry!

Dinner -
100 grams of chicken with Frank's
cucumber
1/2 apple
grisinni

Lots of water!!

  1. I'm so glad you are posting again. I know what you mean about getting back into it. I think for me 2 wks was 1 week too long. It's hard. But once you start seeing the scale move down, you get right back into the habit.
